(1) Do you really have to require a title for all passengers? (2) Shouldn't there be choices other than Mr, Mrs, Miss? Especially for people who don't want to disclose a gender or marital status? (3) If you're going to require this question, then the Edit button to add a title should work... nothing would pop up even after I turned off the popup blocker and reloaded.
Charges upon order. Contacts later to say the tickets are not available at that price. Will refund in 3 to 4 billing cycles. What?! Don't charge me if you do not have the tickets! So we paid an extra $400 for the same tickets so we would not have two charges on our credit card. Even then they kept asking to change the destination! Offered to give us back their commission and two $50 vouchers. Commission amount dropped during the conversation! Typical India scam. Make you fear something in order to get you to pay more!
Quick, easy to use, and most importantly great prices. At this point I'm a cautious optimist, but I'm hopeful.

I needed a wheelchair to get to all the areas in the airports and I couldn't find the place to request it so the cheap flight airfares personnel called me backed,assisted me to get my wheel chair! I've booked several flights through cheap flights. It always has the best prices. I receive text alerts for great deals. Easy and convenient for last minute flights
I like the pricing of the flights, when there is a price drop is automatically credits my account. This site has by far the lowest flight rates

I don't fly often and I'm always nervous about buying airline tickets. So far this has been easy and not nerve wracking.
I found fares in an emergency that I could not get help with when stranded out of country.
My us passport number has 9 digits, but I was requested to enter 10 digits.I had no choice and forced to add a zero in front of my passport number. I'm so worried that they won't let me checked in. Please make corrections for me.
This is my second flight and I was here to see my dad because he had to go to the hospital. He had emergency and so far the prognosis is better than we expected but not perfect and I had to be here for him and I'm an only child I have to take care of my family so I'm very grateful that I got a good flight at a good price and I recommend this to everybody I talk to.

Did the whole process and now told fare is "pending". However, a few hours later I received a call from "Marcellus" who handled the matter on the telephone. Thank you for the prompt attention!
Saw teaser for $8 less on the site, minutes later it's gone. Then called since it said could be cheaper if you call, but way more. Booked online. Hoping no mishaps.
